7.2. We may restrict access from specific devices or network addresses associated with violations.
7.3. Upon termination of access for a breach, you lose access to your account and Virtual Items. Termination of access constitutes full performance of our obligations to provide the Service in respect of your account. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
7.4. You may appeal a restriction by contacting playsectoronline@gmail.com.
7.5. If your account has been banned, creating a new account is prohibited.
8.1. By posting content in the Service (chat messages, nicknames), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain copyright in your content.

11.1. Before filing a claim, contact us at playsectoronline@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
11.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence.
11.3. Disputes not resolved under section 11.1 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11.4. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class or collective actions.
11.5. To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to seek injunctive relief or other measures restricting the operation of the Service. Your remedy is to stop using the Service and, where applicable, to seek damages.
11.6. Any claim must be brought within two years from the date the cause of action arose. After that period, claims are time-barred.

13.7. Indonesia. By accepting these Terms, you waive the application of Art. 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code insofar as it requires a court decision to terminate an agreement.
14.1. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may assign our rights under these Terms without your consent. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14.2. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, DDoS attacks, and cyberattacks.
14.3. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
