This Policy explains what data Sector ("we") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use the Sector game, the websites playsector.online and playsectoronline.ru, and related services (the "Service").
When you sign in with Google: your email address and Google ID.
When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID and Telegram username.
The nickname and username you set in the Game.
IP address — when you connect to the server.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token — for push notifications.
Device information: model, OS, OS version, processor, screen parameters — for compatibility analysis.
The Firebase SDK may also automatically collect a Firebase Installation ID and an application instance identifier upon initialization.
When a purchase is made through a third-party provider, we receive a payment confirmation and a transaction identifier. We do not receive or store payment details (card numbers, account credentials, wallet keys).
Precise location (GPS), contacts, photos, camera, microphone, biometric data, date of birth.
Contract performance: creating an account, authentication, providing the Service, processing purchases.
Legitimate interests: security, detecting violations, analyzing device compatibility, technical support.
Legal obligation: responding to requests from public authorities.
Consent: marketing communications (if launched — only on the basis of a separate consent).
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for targeted advertising.
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging, OAuth) — FCM token, Firebase Installation ID, device information, authentication data.
Telegram — authentication data via Telegram OAuth.
Yandex (Yandex Metrica) — analytics for the websites playsector.online and playsectoronline.ru. Collects IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited.
Payment providers — payment confirmations. Providers operate under their own terms.
Our servers are located in Russia (Selectel, Moscow) and Germany (Hetzner). Data of all users may be processed on servers in both locations.
Data is also transferred to Google LLC (USA) via Firebase/OAuth and to Yandex (Russia) via Yandex Metrica.
For cross-border transfers, we rely on available legal mechanisms, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, and user consent.
Account data — until account deletion, then destroyed within 30 days.
IP addresses in logs — up to 90 days.
FCM token — until the application or account is deleted.
Device information — until account deletion.
Transaction records (identifier, amount, date) — up to 6 years after the transaction, in accordance with applicable tax law.
Upon account deletion, personal data is destroyed within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by law and user content stored in anonymized form.
Regardless of jurisdiction, you may: request information about your data; request correction of inaccuracies; request deletion of data (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out prior to withdrawal).

The Service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16. If we become aware of such a case, we may delete the account and associated data.

The websites playsector.online and playsectoronline.ru use: session cookies for the operation of the website; Yandex Metrica analytics cookies (collecting IP address, browser and device data, and visit information).
The Game (mobile application) does not use cookies.
We apply measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and affected users within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10.1. EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). Legal bases for processing: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for marketing. Additional rights: restriction of processing, data portability in machine-readable format, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, complaint to a supervisory authority. Your data is stored on servers in Germany (EEA) and replicated to Russia for redundancy. Data is transferred to Google (USA) via Firebase/OAuth and to Yandex (Russia) via Yandex Metrica on the websites. For UK: complaints may be submitted to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10.2. Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Personal data of Russian citizens is stored and processed on servers in Russia (Selectel, Moscow) upon collection, in accordance with Art. 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Transfer to Germany is carried out as part of replication for redundancy (Germany is a party to Convention No. 108). You may withdraw consent to processing at any time. Upon withdrawal, data is destroyed within 30 days, except for data retained by legal obligation. Contact: playsectoronline@gmail.com
10.3. Brazil (LGPD). Legal bases: contract performance (Art. 7, V), legitimate interests (Art. 7, IX), consent (Art. 7, I) — for marketing. Additional rights: anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data, disclosure of third parties, complaint to ANPD. Contact: playsectoronline@gmail.com.
10.4. California, USA (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. Categories of data collected: identifiers (email, Google ID, Telegram ID, nickname, IP); device information; IP-based location (not GPS). You may request disclosure, deletion, and correction of data. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
10.5. Indonesia (UU PDP). Processing is based on consent and contract performance. Rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, complaint.
We may update this Policy. Material changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.
