Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
1. General Rule
All purchases are final, except as required by applicable law or as described below.
2. Virtual Items
Virtual items and currency have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for real currency. No cash-out is available.
3. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
3.1. European Union and United Kingdom
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; Consumer Rights Act 2015). By consenting to immediate delivery of content at the time of purchase, you waive this right from the moment delivery begins. The right of withdrawal is preserved if the content does not conform to its description or is not fit for purpose.
3.2. Russian Federation
Under Art. 32 of the Law on Consumer Protection, you may refuse a service before it has actually been rendered, subject to reimbursement of costs actually incurred. The moment of performance is deemed to be the crediting of content to your account.
3.3. Brazil
Under Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days. Where you have consented to immediate delivery, this right may not apply after the content has been delivered.
3.4. Australia
The guarantees under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy where there is a major failure to comply with consumer guarantees.
4. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
Purchases made through Google Play, the App Store, Telegram, and other platforms are governed by the relevant platform's policy. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
5. Alternative Payment Methods
Payments made through certain payment methods may be irreversible by their nature. Where a refund is approved, it is made in the same currency in the amount of the original payment. Network fees may be deducted. We are not liable for exchange rate movements between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, access to your account may be suspended pending investigation. Where a chargeback is confirmed, the associated content is revoked.
7. Banned Accounts
Where access is terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service, access to content ceases. No refund is issued, except as required by consumer law. Appealing a ban is free of charge.
8. How to Request a Refund

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Changes do not affect purchases made before the updated Policy takes effect.
